Aconite is my top go-to remedy. When anxiety hits out of nowhere—fast, intense, and seemingly without logic—this is the one to reach for. It’s especially useful after a sudden fright, accident, fall, or any experience that leaves you feeling shaken.

Signs Aconite may help include:
• A sense of panic with visible fear or agitation
• Restlessness; difficulty sitting still
• A rush of negative thoughts you can’t stop
• Relief from drinking cold water
• Panic attacks with heart palpitations

Arsenicum Album
Best for: chronic worry, health fears, financial anxieties, nighttime restlessness. This remedy suits the classic worrier—the person who worries about both the small daily details and the larger uncertainties of life. If you frequently imagine worst-case scenarios about your health, future, or the stability of loved ones, Arsenicum may be very helpful.

Argentum Nitricum

Argentum Nitricum addresses anxiety rooted in anticipation: an upcoming speech, performance, interview, test, or social event that you can’t stop thinking about.
